Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. イオンビームを引き出すためのイオン源と、イ
    オン源から引き出されたイオンビームを質量分析
    して所定質量のイオンビームを通過させる質量分
    析器と、ウエハにイオンビームを照射して当該ウ
    エハを処理するための処理室とをこの順序で設け
    、少なくとも質量分析器のイオンビームの上流側
    に真空排気装置を接続しているイオン処理装置に
    おいて、前記質量分析器内であつてイオンビーム
    の通過経路上に、イオンビームが通過できる大き
    さの開口部を有する板状体を設けたことを特徴と
    するイオン処理装置。
