    ツピングするチヨツピング偏向器と、 このチヨツピング偏向器にイオン偏向用のチヨ
    ツピングパルスを与えるパルス発生器と、 前記チヨツピング偏向器を通過したイオンを中
    性化する中性化器と、 この中性化器からの中性粒子が試料で散乱され
    て放射される中性粒子をエネルギ分離する飛行時
    間エネルギアナライザと、 エネルギ分離された中性粒子を検出する検出器
    と、 前記パルス発生器のチヨツピングパルスをスタ
    ートパルス、検出器の検出出力をストツプパルス
    としてそれぞれ入力する時間計測器と、 を備えることを特徴とする中性粒子散乱分析装置
    。
