Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は、基板上に面実装する電子回路部品パッケー
ジに関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
第３図は従来の電子回路部品パッケージを示す斜視図で
ある。第３図１こ示す従来の電子回路部品パッケージは
シングルインライン（ＳＩＬ）タイプのものを示し１図
に示すように、電子回路部品１と端子リード部２から構
成されている。
第４図は、第３図の電子回路部品パッケージを基板上に
実装した状態を示す断面図である。図において、１は電
子回路部品、２は４子リ一ド部、３は基板、４は基板３
に設けたスルホール、５ははんだである。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
上記した従来の゛１電子路部品パッケージは以上のよう
番こ１偉成されているので、を子回路部品パッケージを
基板３上に面実装する際には、端子リード部２を祈り曲
げる必要があった。このため、４電子リ一ド部２を折り
曲げるための折り曲げ治具の工具費の面からのコスト高
と、端子リード部２の折曲げ精度不良による工作不良と
、はんだ５による接合の信頼性の低下と、端子リード部
２を基板３のスルホール４へ挿入実装する場合の高密度
化の妨げなどの問題点があった。
この発明は、かかる問題点を解決するためになされたも
ので、ｔＩＬ子回路部品パッケージを基板上に面実装す
る際において、工具費及び工作不良の低減と、はんだに
よる接合の信頼性の向上と、高密度化実装の実現などを
達成することができる電子回路部品パッケージを得るこ
とを目的とする。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
Ｃの発明に係る電子回路部品パッケージは、この電子回
路部品パッケージの端子リード部を、この端子リード部
が出ている面から相異なる面まで折り曲げて形成したも
のである。
〔作用〕
この発明の電子回路部品パッケージにおいては。
この成子回路部品パッケージの端子リード部を。
この端子リード部が出ている而から相異なる面まで折り
曲げて形成したことｌこより、ｎｔ電子回路部品パッケ
ージ基板上に面実装する際に、折り曲げ治具などを用い
ることなく、極めて容易に、かつ安価に、高い信頼性を
もって面実装を実現することができる。
〔実施例〕 第１図はこの発明の一実施例である電子回路部品パッケ
ージを示す斜視図である。図に示すように、この発明に
よる電子回路部品パッケージは、電子回路部品６と端子
リード部７から構成されている。そして、端子リード部
７は、この端子リード部７が出ている′１電子路部品６
の而から相異なる面まで折り曲げて形成されている。
第２図は、第１図の電子回路部品パッケージを基板上に
実装した状態を示す断面図である。図において、６は電
子回路部品、７は端子リード部。
８は基板、９は基板８上の部品取付はランド、１０はは
んだである。第２図に明示されているように。
電子回路部品６の端子リード部７は、基板８上の部品取
付はランド９にはんだ１０によって接合されているので
、電子回路部品パッケージが基板８上に極めて容易に、
かつ確実にＩｆｉ夾装されることになる。
〔発明の効果〕
この発明は以上説明したとおり、Ｉｔ電子回路部品パッ
ケージおいて、この電子回路部品パッケージの端子リー
ド部を、この端子リード部が出ている面から相異なる面
まで折り曲げて、基板上に面実装できるように形成した
ので、この種の従来例のものに比べて、工具費及び工作
不良の低減と、はんだによる接合の信頼性の向上と、高
密度化実装の実現などを極めて容易に達成することがで
きるという侵れた効果を奏するものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 　基板上に搭載する電子回路部品パッケージにおいて、
    この電子回路部品パッケージの端子リード部を、この端
    子リード部が出ている面から相異なる面まで折り曲げて
    、前記基板上に面実装できるように形成したことを特徴
    とする電子回路部品パッケージ。
