Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体ペレットの各電極から延びる複数のインナリード
    の各先端部を外部の基板上に被着形成された対応する複
    数のアウタリードの端部に熱圧着にて電気的機械的に接
    続するものにおいて、前記アウタリードの前記インナリ
    ードと接続される端部に部分的に立上り片を一体に突設
    して、この立上り片をインナリード上にかしめてインナ
    リードをアウタリードに熱圧着とかしめの両手段で接続
    一体化したことを特徴とする半導体装置。
