Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は製品の包装紙等における糊付部に糊を塗付する
糊付方法及びその装置に関するものである。
第１図は従来の糊付装置を示し、上部を開放した糊壺１
内に胴体部を糊液に浸した状態で糊取出ローラ２を回転
自在に設け、外周面に複数の糊付用突部３ａを形成した
糊付ローラ３を該糊取出ローラ２と接触しつつ回転させ
て糊付用突部３ａにて糊を受け取り、糊付ローラ２と受
ローラ４間を通過する包装紙５の表面に糊付用突部３ａ
に対応した糊塗付部５ａを設けるものであった。
ところで、この構造にあっては、酢酸ビニルの様な外気
に接触して固化するタイプの糊を使用する場合において
、糊壺内に溜めである糊液の表面が外気に直に触れてい
て、昼休みや夜間において装置を休止あるいは停止させ
ている間に糊液表面が固化するので、昼休み等の短時間
休止時には固化防止のための作業が、又作業を終了して
長時間停止させる時には糊壺等の洗浄作業が必要である
と共に残余の糊を捨てることとなって糊の無駄使いが多
く、さらに水質汚染の原因となる等の不都合があった。
本発明は上記した従来技術の欠点に着目して為されたも
のであり、糊を糊付ローラ内に供給することにより一種
の密封容器内に糊を収容した態様の糊付システムを提供
し、糊液を加圧しつつ該糊付ローラ内に供給すると共に
糊付ローラの外周面に設けた糊液′吐出部を包装紙等の
被塗付イルとの接触時において瞬間的に開放することに
より必要量の糊液を紙面上に供給するものである。
以下本発明の実施例を図面と共に説明すれば、第２図は
糊付装置の全体を示し、糊タンク６内の糊液は空圧シリ
ンダ７で加圧されることによりホース８を介して糊付ロ
ーラ９内に圧送される。
第３図に示される如く、ボース８が連結される固定管１
０と糊付ローラ９とはベアリング１１を介して結合され
ると共にＯリング１２によりシールされることにより糊
もれを防止しつつ回転継手を構成し、糊付ローラ９の中
心において軸方向に延長する通［ｉ！＆！ｌｌａに対し
て糊液を供給する。
糊付ローラ９の中心通路９ａには糊付ローラ９の外周面
に向けた複数の分岐通路９ｂが設けられ、該分岐通１２
＆９ｂに対して籾１液吐出部としてのポールニップル１
３が打ち込んで固定される。ポールニップル１３はハウ
ジング１３ａ内においてその突出弁座１３ｂに対するボ
ール栓体］−３ｃを接離自在に設ｃすると共にスプリン
グ１．３６により突出弁座１３ｂに対して付勢すること
により常時閉止状態とし、この際にボール栓体１３Ｃの
一部が突出弁座］、　３　ｂより外方へ突出すると共に
糊付ローラの外周面よりも外方へ突出するように構成さ
れる。糊付ローラ９ば一側のギア１４を介してギアベル
ト１５により駆動される。
１６は受ローラであり、糊付ローラ９と圧接状態で回転
して包装紙等の被塗付紙１７を挾持しつつ送る。受ロー
ラ１６はハウジング１８により回転自在に支持され、該
受ローラ１６は空ｍシリンダ１９により糊付ローラ９に
列して加圧されると共に非塗付時には該空圧シリンダ１
９により１ｉｉＩｉ隔される。
上記構成において、使用時においては糊付ローラ９内に
対して糊液が圧送されており、糊付ローラ９と受ローラ
１６が圧接状態で被塗付紙を挾持、移送する際に、ポー
ルニップル１３の突出しているボール栓体１３ｃが被塗
付紙１７を介して受けローラ１６によりスプリング１３
ｄに抗して内部へ後退させられ、これによって弁座１３
ｂを若干開放するので糊液が吐出して被塗付紙に塗付さ
れる。
第６図は糊付吐出部の他の実施例を示し、栓体１３ｃ′
は台形円錐部１３Ｇ＋’の先端に半球部１３Ｃ２’を有
する。
糊ローラ９が停止した際には空圧シリンダ１９により受
ローラ１６を離すと共に糊液の加圧を停止し、仮に停止
位置が糊液の吐出位置であっても糊を噴出させないよう
なっている。
本発明は上記した如くに成るものであるから、糊液が常
時密閉容器内に収容されていて、必要時に必要量の糊液
を包装紙等に塗付することができ、糊液の固化防止のた
めの作業を不必要とすると共に糊の無駄使いを回避でき
、作業前における糊の補充作業を省くことが出来る等の
優れた特長を有する。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　外周面に複数個の糊液吐出部を有する糊付ロー
    ラ内に糊液を圧送し、該糊液吐出部が対向する受ローラ
    との間で被塗付紙を挾持する時において該糊液吐出部を
    開口することを特徴とする糊付方法。
  2. （２）糊付ローラの外周面に対して内部の糊液の供給通
    路に連通ずる複数個の糊液吐出部を設け、該糊液吐出部
    において弁座に対して接離する栓体をスプリングにより
    閉止状態に付勢して設け、該栓体の一部を糊付ローラの
    外周面より突出させて成ることを特徴とする糊付装置。
