    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属基板上にマウントした半導体ペレットと一端を半導
    体ペレットの近傍に配置したリードとを金属細線で電気
    的に接続し、半導体ペレットを含む要部を樹脂封止した
    半導体装置において、前記樹脂封止部のリードと金属細
    線の接続部分に、リードが可動な緩衝部を形成したこと
    を特徴とする樹脂封止型半導体装置。
