Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、互いに重ね合わされる板体相互をねじやり
ベット等によらないで簡易かつ迅速に接合することので
きる板体相互の接合方法を提供しようとするものである
以下、この発明の実施例を図面に基づき説明する。
まず、第1図および第2図に示すように接合しようとす
る2板の板体1・2のそれぞれに結合孔3・4を開ける
。次いで両板体1・2を結合孔3・4どうしが合うよう
に上下に重ね合わし、下側の板体2の下面には裏板5を
剥離可能にはり合わせて結合孔4の底を閉塞する。而し
て、第3図に示すように、結合孔3・4に紫外線もしく
は電子線硬化性樹脂6を充填してから、紫外線もしくは
電子線照射ランプ7で該樹脂6を照射し硬化反応させれ
ば、その硬化により板体1・2と一体に成形される結合
子6aによって板体1・2は接合される。接合後、裏板
5は板体2の裏面から剥がされる。
板体1・2にそれぞれ開けられる結合孔3・4は第3図
に示すように断面皿形に形成して板体1・2を重合した
ときに再結合孔3・4が板体1・2の重合面でくびれる
つづみ形状となるようにすることが好ましい。これによ
れば、紫外線もしくは電子線硬化性樹脂6による結合子
6aは結合孔3・4内において抜止め状に成形されて板
体1・2相互の接合を強固にする。結合孔形状をこのよ
うに形成した場合は、第3図に示すように上側の板体1
の上方から紫外線もしくは電子線を照射したとき下側の
結合孔4内において紫外線もしくは電子線が当らない照
射盲点部分aができるが、これは裏板5として紫外線も
しくは電子線を反射させるアルミ板、lI板を用いてそ
の反射紫外線もしくは電子線で前記照射盲点部分aを照
射硬化させるようにすればよい。または、第5図に示す
ように結合孔3・4の上下にそれぞれ照射ランプ7・7
を配置させて結合孔3・4内の紫外線もしくは電子線硬
化性樹脂6を上下から照射硬化させるもよい。この場合
には裏板5とじて透明ガラス板などを用いる。
また結合孔3・4は断面皿形に代えて、第7図に示すよ
うな沈み穴ぐり形状にすれば、この沈み穴ぐり部分で紫
外線もしくは電子線硬化性樹脂6が広がり状に硬化形成
されるため、これにおいても板体l・2相互の接合は強
固になる。さらに結合孔3・4は、第8図および第9図
に示すような星形、又は多角形状に形成すれば、板体1
・2相互がこの結合孔3・4の一箇所で接合された場合
も、板体1・2はこの結合部分まわりに回わることのな
い回止め接合状態が得られる。
第6図に示すように、板体1・2を重ね合わすさいそれ
らの結合孔3・4どうしが孔中心を正確に合わせていな
くとも、結合孔3・4に紫外線もしくは電子線硬化性樹
脂6を流込むことができ。
該樹脂6の硬化により板体1・2を接合することができ
る。
第10図は、垂直な2板の板体1・1と水平な板体2の
三面が交わる入隅部分の狭隘な箇所におけるこれら板体
1・1・2相互の接合方法を示しており、各板体に開け
られて互いに合致する総ての結合孔3・4に紫外線もし
くは電子線硬化性樹脂6を充填してから、その総ての硬
化性樹脂6を一斉に照射ランプ7で照射硬化させて板体
1・1・2を同時に接合する。
第11図は、アクリル樹脂板やガラス板等の透明な板体
1の接合方法を示しており、とくに前記実施例の局部接
合に代え、線状接合を可能にするためのもので透明体に
することにより、紫外線もしくは電子線硬化樹脂6が外
部から直視できなくても接合することができ2例えばア
クリル樹脂板同志の接合には、N、N’−ジアクリルエ
チルヒダントインに紫外線重合開始剤を添付した粘度約
1000〜3000CPSの接着剤を用いれば良い。
以上説明したように、この発明は互いに重ね合わされた
板体l・2の重合部分に開けられる結合孔3・4に、紫
外線もしくは電子線硬化性樹脂6を充填し、これを紫外
線もしくは電子線照射で硬化させることにより板体1・
2相互を接合するようにした。したがって、ねじやリベ
ットでは接合することが困鉗ないし不可能な狭隘な箇所
においても、また結合孔どうしが少々位置ずれしている
場合も接合を可能とし、また多数の接合箇所も一度に接
合できる。しかも紫外線もしくは電子線硬化性樹脂は数
秒の短時間で硬化処理できるため。
接合作業能率を著しく向上できる。また同樹脂は殆ど熱
の加わらない硬化処理のため板体が金属製の場合もこれ
に結晶肥大化などの熱影響を及ぼすことなく接合でき、
また紫外線もしくは電子線硬化性樹脂6による硬度の高
い結合体6aが得られ板体接合を確固たるものにするこ
とができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (11板体相互を重ね合わせてこの重合部を接合するに
    さいし、各板体に開けられた結合孔どうしを連通状に合
    わせて該結合孔に紫外線もしくは電子線硬化性樹脂を充
    填し、しかる後紫外線もしくは電子線で前記樹脂を硬化
    させることを特徴とする板体相互の接合方法。
