    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体素子が収容された本体と、該本体と固着剤により
    被着されて前記半導体素子を気密に封止するキャップと
    を有し、前記本体と前記キャップとの固着部分の前記本
    体又はキャツマ°の表面において、前記固着剤を付着し
    た部分より前記半導体°素子に近い内側に凹部と、該凹
    部表面にメタライズ層とを有す名ことを特徴とする半導
    体装置。
