    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回路基板上にフリップチップボンディングされた半導体
    素子、この半導体素子の側周を囲い上記回路基板上に接
    着されたシリコンリング、及びこのシリコンゴムの囲い
    内に充てんされ、上記半導体素子を封じ保護するゲル状
    シリコン樹脂を備えた混成集積回路装置。
