エーテルエーテルケトン、弗化樹脂等の単独、変性物、
混合物等か用いられ必要に応じて粘度調整に水、メチル
アルコール、アセトン、シクロヘキサノン、スチレン等
の溶媒を添加したもので、槓Jl板用基材としては、ガ
ラス、アスベスト等の無械繊維やポリエステル、ポリア
ミド、ポリビニルアルコール、アクリル等の有機合成繊
維や木綿等の天然繊維からなる織布、不織布、マット或
は紙又はこれらの組合せ基材等であるが、積層板用基材
の一部に表面プラズマ処理芳香族ホリアミド繊維布を用
いることか必要である。該表面プラズマ処理芳香族ポリ
アミド繊維布は積層板用基材の任意の位置に配設するこ
とができるが好ましくは積層板用基材の最外側に配設す
ることか−望ましい。即ち菖速演算性に必要な誘電率を
4 X 10 Hz未満にしやすくなる傾向かあるから
である。又配設数も特に限定するものではないが好まし
