Conventionally, paper-based phenolic laminates and glass cloth-based epoxy V laminates have been provided that have metal foil attached to one side, but these laminates have metal foil placed on one side of the same resin-impregnated base material. Because it is laminated and molded, the dimensional changes between the metal foil side and the resin-impregnated base material side are different, causing large warpage. As a countermeasure to this problem, attempts have been made to improve dimensional changes by combining resin-impregnated base materials with the same base material but with different resin content, but this method requires a large amount of resin overall and the work in the process is complicated. There was a problem.

In the present invention, a required number of resin-impregnated base materials that have been impregnated with a resin varnish and dried are stacked on one side, a metal foil is arranged on one side, and the other side is coated with the resin-impregnated base material on a base material having a larger weight than the above-mentioned base material. A resin-impregnated base material placed on the opposite side of the metal foil for a metal foil-clad laminate, characterized in that it is made by laminating and molding a resin-impregnated base material impregnated with resin varnish and dried to the same weight as the metal foil. This means that the amount of resin in the material is substantially reduced, and the dimensional stability with the metal foil is balanced, so warping can be reduced, and the overall weight can be kept constant, making the process easier. There are important points that will not make the work complicated. The present invention will be explained in detail below.

The resins used in the present invention include phenolic resin, cresol resin, epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, melamine resin, polyimide, polybutadiene, polyamide, polyamideimide, polyphenylene sulfide, polyphenylene oxide, polysulfone, polybutylene terephthalate, and ether ether chthon,
Fluorinated resins, etc. alone, modified products, mixtures, etc. are used, and water, methyl alcohol, acetone, cyclohexanone, styrene, etc. Woven fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, mats, paper, or combinations of these are made of inorganic fibers such as Aspect, organic synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyamide, polyvinyl alcohol, acrylic, and natural fibers such as cotton, but metal foil Only the base material weight of the resin-impregnated base material disposed on the opposite side needs to be large, preferably 39/nl or more,
Furthermore, it is necessary to reduce the amount of impregnated resin by the amount corresponding to the increased basis weight, and the number of sheets used is usually one, but there is no particular limitation. The metal foil can be made of copper, aluminum, Niracle, iron, etc. alone or an alloy thereof, and if necessary, can be used with an adhesive layer formed on one side.
