浸した樹脂含浸基材が配設されているため金属箔側と金
属箔反対側との収縮性のバランスがとれ従って反りをな

脂含浸基材の枚数は特に限定するものではなく1枚乃至
複数枚用することができるものである。又加熱収縮率の
大きい樹脂含浸基材としては金属箔反対側の樹脂含浸基
材に用すて−る樹脂より分子量の71%さ員樹脂を用す
