、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン等の単独又は変性物又は
混合物等が用いられ、粘度調整として水、メチルアルコ
ール、アセトン、シクロへ牛すノン、スチレン等の溶媒
を必要に応じて添加したワニスで、上記積層板用基材に
上記ワニスを含浸、乾燥してプリプレグを得るものであ
る。離型フィルムとしてはポリエステル、ポリプロピレ
ン、弗化樹脂、トリアセテート、ナイロン等の耐熱性と
踵部性を併せもつフィルム、シートであるならばよく特
