発明に用いる積層板用樹脂としてはフェノール樹脂、ク
レゾール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂
、メラミン樹月旨、ポリイミド、ボリフ゛タジ、ゴニン
、ポリアミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリヌルフオン、ポ
リブチレンテレフダレート、ポリエーテルエーテルケ1
−ン、弗化樹脂等の単独、変性物、混合物勇が用いられ
必要に応じて粘度調整に水、メチルアルフール、アセト
ン、シクロへキサノン、スチレン等の溶媒全添加したも
ので、積層板用基材としては、芳香族ポリアミド繊維と
ガラス繊維からなる不織布の表面をプラズマ処理して接
着性を向上せしめた基材を用いるもので、芳香族lリア

好ましくは複数枚用いることが厚みバラツキを低下させ
