用のフイクスチャの一例を概念的に示す断面図、第２図
は第１図に示すプローブの構造を更に詳しく示す断面図
、第３図はユニバーサル・フイクスチャの機構と機能を
示す要部断面図、第４図は本考案に基づくユニバーサル
・フイクスチャの一実施例の構造を示す。 図において、１は容器、２はゴム板、３は合成樹脂板、
４は支持部、５はプリント板、６はプリレト板上のイン
サーキットテスト用の接ａ魚７は小孔、８は固定板、９
はプローブ、１０はプローブ先端部、１１は導線、１２
は接触端子、１３　。 は個別抵抗、１４はプローブ可動部、１５はバネ、１６
はプローブ固定部、１７は金属スリーブ、２０は固定板

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プリント板に実装杢れた部品および回路ブロックを試験
    機により中間的に試験するインサーキットテストにおい
    て、前記プリント板の所定の試験点にプローブで接触し
    て前記試験機と電気的に接続するユニバーサル・フイク
    スチャであって、水平な固定板に格子状に形成された案
    内孔に上下移動自在に滑動し通常は待機位置に位置する
    複数の前記プローブと、試験する複数の種類のプリント
    板に必要な総てのプローブを選択してその待機位置より
    接触位置に移動させるためのピンを有するプローブ押上
    板よりなる選択部と、個々のプリント板のインサーキッ
    トテストに際して前記選択部により接触位置に押上られ
    てきたプローブの内で必要なプローブを通過させて該プ
    ローブを前記プリント板の前記接触点に接触させ、不必
    要なプローブを阻止して前記プリント板に接触させない
    マスクより、構成されることを特徴とするインサーキッ
    トテスト用のユニバーサル・フイクスチャ。
