    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プリント基板の開ロ部番ト配置した絶縁性のリング台と
    、このリング台に放射状に固定した複数の探針とを備え
    、この各探針を、前記リング台の開□　　口部の中心部
    に配置する半導体集積回路ペレットの周辺部に角形状に
    配列した各ポンディングパッドに接触させて当該半導体
    集積回路の電気的特性を測定する半導体集積回路測定装
    置において、前記リング台は、外周側の形状を円形にす
    ると共に、内周側の形状を、当該内周上の各点と前記半
    導体集積回路ペレットの各ポンディングパッドとの間の
    前記探針の長さがほぼ均一になるような形状としたこと
    を特徴とする半導体集積回路測定装置。
