Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体基体の表面部において底面に接する第１導電形の
    第１の半導体領域と側面を取り囲むと共に上記第１の半
    導体領域に接続する第１導電形の第２の半導体領域とに
    よって島状に分離された第２導電形で高抵抗の第３の半
    導体領域、および上記第３の半導体領域内に形成され能
    動素子または受動素子として働く半導体素子を備えたも
    のにおいせ、上記第３の半導体領域内に一方の端部が上
    記半導体素子の高電位側の部分に接続する半導体抵抗素
    子が形成されるように上記第３の半導体領域の上記半導
    体抵抗素子の他方の端部となる部分に第２導電形で低抵
    抗の第４の半導体領域をその一端部が上記第１の半導体
    領域に近接す、るように形成したことを特徴とする半導
    体装置。
