Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は加熱調理装置のターンテーブルに関するもので
ある。
従来、第１図に示すようにオーブン庫内１の上部及びタ
ーンテーブル２とオーブン庫内底部３との間にそれぞれ
ヒーター４，５を備える加熱調理装置のターンテーブル
にはステンレスを使用した金属製のターンテーブルがあ
るが、このものは一般に超大型の加熱調理器に用いられ
ており、一般家庭用の小型タイプではヒーターとターン
テーブルとの間の距離が必然的に短くならざるを得ない
為上記ステンレス製ターンテーブルではステンレスが温
度上昇により変色し、食品にムラ焼けを生じ又マイクロ
波の周波数が高く、例えば２４５０ ＭＨｚでは火花を
発生するという欠点があった。
本考案は上述の欠点を除去するためになされたもので、
以下にその一実施例を図面とともに説明する。
第２図及び第３図ａ、ｌ）はそれぞれ本考案による加熱
調理装置の一実施例のターンテーブルの側面図及び平面
図を示し、第２図においてターンテーブル２は複数の穿
孔２２．２２・・・・・・を有する（第３図ａ、ｂ）金
属体２１と該金属体２１の全面に被覆されるホーロー被
膜２３とからなり、ホーロー被膜の厚みは約０．３〜２
ｍｍ程度である。
又第３図すの金属体の穿孔は格子状をなし金属体は金属
棒より構成され、金属棒の直径は約２〜６ｍｍ程度であ
る。
上記金属体２１に複数の穿孔２２を施すことはオーブン
庫内のマイクロ波が上記金属体の穿孔で攪拌され電界分
布が異なり被加熱物のムラ焼けを少なくすることができ
るものであり、金属体２１の表面にホーロー被膜２３を
施こすことは金属体の露出部分がない為にマイクロ波に
よる火花発生が防止でき、被加熱物を載置してもムラ焼
けを生じないものである。
さらにホーロー被覆の金属体は錆の発生、汚れの付着が
なく、強度も高くしかも美しいターンテーブルを製作す
ることができる。
以上のように本考案はホーロー被覆した金属体でターン
テーブルを構成したから、とくにマイクロ波による火花
の発生や被加熱物を載置してもムラ焼けがなくなるとい
う効果を奏する。

、第３図ａ、ｌ）は第２図のターンテーブルに使用され
る一実施例の穿孔を有する金属体の平面図である。 図中、１：オーブン庫内、２：ターンテーブル、３：オ
ーブン庫内底部、４，５：ヒーター、２１：金属体、２
２：孔、２３：ホーロー被膜。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ターンテーブルとオーブン庫内底部との間にヒーターを
    備える加熱調理装置であって、前記ターンテーブルが穿
    孔を有する金属体で形成され、かつ該金属体の全面がホ
    ーロー被覆されていることを特徴とする加熱調理装置の
    ターンテーブル。
