Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明の洗車装置は、洗車する自動車の車体の形状に
応じて、洗車具が表面に沿って移動し、完全に洗車する
もので、すなわちすべての方向に折曲がる腕杆の先端に
洗車具を取付け、腕杆を車体形状に応じて自動的に移動
するようにしたものである。
つぎに図面について説明すれば、洗車場の上方へ閉鎖誘
導路１を水平に吊設し、多数本の腕杆２／・・・・・・
２′をＸ方向回動関節３，３′・・・・・・３＃および
Ｙ方向回動関節４，４′を介して連結し、その根本に閉
鎖誘導路ｌに沿って移動する移動部１０を取付は噂先端
へ洗車具５を取付ける。
洗車具５には洗剤、洗滌水、ワックス、熱風等の供給孔
および払拭具、パフ等を設け−る。
洗車腕制御装置１２の車種入力釦６の出力を制御装置７
に導入し、制御装置７の出力を腕杆駆動および洗車操作
用の出力装置８に導入する。
車種毎の腕杆駆動および洗車操作等を記憶している記憶
装置９と制御装置７との出力を相互に導入する。
つぎに使用法を説明すれば、洗滌する自動車１１を洗車
位置に駐車し、その車種を車種入力釦６を押して入力す
れば、その出力は制御装置７に導入され、記憶装置９に
記憶されているその車種のデータ出力が制御装置７を介
して出力装置８に導入され、移動部１０は閉鎖誘導路１
に沿って移動し、腕杆２，２′・・・・・・ｌはＸ方向
またはＹ方向に回動し、先端の洗車具５は自動車１１の
車体の全表面に浴って移動する。
洗車具５からは、例えばまず洗剤、および洗滌水が送出
して表面を洗い、つぎに払拭具によって水滴を拭取シ、
つぎに熱風が吹出して乾燥し、つぎにワックスを塗布し
、つぎに、パフによって磨く。
記憶装置９に記憶されていない車種の場合は、車種入力
釦６の内の手動入力釦を押して手動に切替えたのち、洗
車具５を車体の全表面に沿って移動すれば、腕杆の動き
は記憶装置９に記憶される。
次に、洗車釦を押せば、上記と同様にして洗車される。
なお移動部１０は、軌条状の閉鎖誘導路１上を走行する
構造でも、あるいは無端帯に連結しておき無端帯の移動
にともなって移動する構造等自由である。
この発明の洗車装置は、すべての方向に折曲がる腕杆が
自働車の車体形状に応じて自動的に移動するから、その
先端の洗車具が車体表面に沿って移動し、自動的に洗車
することができるものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. すべての方向に折曲がる腕杆の先端に洗車具を取付け、
    腕杆を車体形状に応じて自動的に移動するようにした洗
    車装置。
