Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は塗布方式によって製造さnるスクアリリウム色
素含有有機酵aを有する、高密度エネルギービームによ
って状態変化を生じさせて記録再生可能な光情報記録部
材に関する・従来、この柚の記録媒体としてはカルコケ
ナイト系非晶質ガラス、テルル酸化物、フルオレセイン
などを用いるものが知らnている。

しかしながら、カルコゲナイド系非晶賞カラスは光学記
録用材料として蒸着膜の状態で用いられ、この際所定の
成分を真9中で固溶させて急冷し均一な原材料を得ると
いう製造過程を必畏とするという問題がある。また、成
分元本が多いことから組成の均一なi料t−―製して薄
膜化することが困難である。1次、テルル酸化物の薄膜
はカルコゲナイド系非晶質ガラスに比べ感度は高いが蒸
着条件によって薄膜の組成が変化して均一な薄膜の製造
はかなシ困麹である。
録用材料として蒸着膜の状態で用いられ、この際所定の
成分を真9中で固溶させて急冷し均一な原材料を得ると
いう製造過程を必畏とするという問題がある。また、成
分元本が多いことから組成の均一なi料t−―製して薄
膜化することが困難である。1次、テルル酸化物の薄膜

着条件によって薄膜の組成が変化して均一な薄膜の製造
はかなシ困麹である。
さらに、フルオレセインの薄膜は蒸着によって得られテ
ルル酸化物と同等の感度分解能を有するが、吸収波長が
413Qnmの可視部にあるため書込み、読み出しの光
源が限定さn記録再生装置の小型化に適している牛導体
レーザの発振波長く対応できないという問題がある・ 本発明は上記問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、比叡的長
波長帝に光吸収能のあるスクアリリウム色素を結着材と
組合せて蒸着によらずに塗布方式によっで基板上に薄膜
として形成させた光情報記録部材管提供することである
。

すなわち、本発明の光情報記録部材は基板上に、一般式
(式中s xla発色団を示す)で表わされるスクアリ
リウム色素と結着材とを主成分とする有機薄膜を設けた
仁とt%徴とするものである。

本発明において用いられる上記一般式のスクアリリウム
色素はスクアリック酸(3,4−ジヒドロキシ−5−シ
クロブテン−1,2−ジオン)とフェノール類と芳香族

報となシ均一なかつ明瞭なる穴をあけることができる。

本発明における結着材はスクア91Jウム色累の構造式
との関係で適宜選択使用できるが例えばポリビニルブチ
ラール橡脂ま友はニトロセルローズまたはそnらの51
曾物を用いることができる。さらに、本発明においては
スクアリリウム色素と結着剤の他に必要に応じ各種添加
剤を適宜選択使用できる。ここで「ブロンズ光沢」とは
、色素が特定の光波長域で示す金属様の反射であって、
実際には反射率20%以上のものが適しておシそして3

- 【特許請求の範囲】 基板上に、一般式 (式中、Xは発色団を示す)で表わされるスクアリリウ
ム色素と結着材とを主成分とする有機amを設けたこと
を特徴とする、高−密度エネルギービームによって状態
変化を生じさせて記録再生可能な光情報記録部材。
