Abstract

PURPOSE: To control temp. when a blast furnace is abnormal by inputting the temp. signal obtd. from the blast furnace gas flowing to the inlet of a dry type dust collector and the gas flow rate signal obtd. through the dry type dust collector and an energy recovering turbine to an operator, and injecting cooling fluid to a blast furnace gas passage in accordance with the operated value thereof.
CONSTITUTION: This is a method for controlling temp. of a blast furnace top gas energy recoverying installation using a dry type dust collector. The temp. signal (b) obtd. with a thermometer 13 from the blast furnace gas flowing to the inlet of a dry type dust collector 3 and the gas flow rate signal (e) obtd. through the duct collector 3 and an energy recovering turbine 8 are inputted to an operator 12 which inputs the operated value obtd. from both signals (b), (e) to a controller 14. The controller 14 controls a solenoid valve 11 in accordance with this and injects a prescribed flow rate of cooling fluid through an injector 10.
