Abstract
PURPOSE: To control the temp. of a blast furnace gas in correspondence to the fluctuations in the amt. of the blast furnace gas by correcting the flow rate of the fluid to be injected into the blast furnace gas in accordance with the flow rate of the blast from hot stoves to a blast furnace or the outlet flow rate of a dry type dust remover.
CONSTITUTION: The detected value by a thermometer 8 near the outlet of a dry type dust remover 3 is compared with the set value in a controller 9, and is subjected to PID operation, the result thereof is outputted to an adder 10. The rise in the temp. of the blast furnace gas is measured with a thermometer 11 near the furnace top port of a blast furnace 1, and the detected value thereof is fed via a time delay operator 12 to the adder 10, by which it is added to the deviation signal of the output of the controller 9. On the other hand, the flow rate of the outlet of the dust remover 3 is detected with a flowmeter 13, and the detected value is inputted to a multiplier 14 which multiplies this by the output of the adder 10. According to this, a control valve 7 is controlled, whereby the rate of water injection of a nozzle 4 is controlled.
