Abstract
PURPOSE: To realize the excellent temperature control by a system wherein the temperature control in transient response is performed by picking-up the change of quantity of heat at the inlet of a heat exchanger and the temperature control in normal response is performed by obtaining the deviation of the feed hot water temperature from the set temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A flow sensor 7 and a thermosensor 8 are provided at the inlet side of the heat exchanger 1. The outputs from the sensors 7 and 8 are input to an operating unit 9 to calculate the quantity of heat necessary for attaining to the set temperature Tsp. The signal for the calculated necessary quality heat is applied, through a differential operating unit 10, together with the signal of a control unit 3, to a driving unit 4 to control the burning rate of gas G in transient response. And in normal response, a flow signal q is applied, through a control circuit 11, to the control unit 3 together with the output of a thermosensor 2 arranged at the outlet side of the heat exchanger 1 in order to accomplish the temperature control due to the deviation of the feed hot water temperature from the set temperature Tsp. As a result, the overshooting and undershooting of the feed water temperature can be prevented.
