Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the overshooting and undershooting of feed water temperature from generating by a system wherein the differential signal of the charge of heat gain picked up at the inlet side of a heat exchanger is used for temperature control together with the deviation signal between the set temperature and the feed hot water temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A flow sensor 7 and a thermosensor 8 are provided at the inlet side of the heat exchanger 1. The necessary heat gain is calculated by multiplying the deviation signal Tsp-Ti, which represents the deviation of the feed hot water temperature Ti from the set temperature Tsp, by the flow signal q, which represents the flow rate through the heat exchanger 1, based on the output signals from the sensors 7 and 8 input to an operating unit 9. The signal for the calculated necessary heat gain is applied, through a differential operating unit 10 in the next stage, together with the output signal of a control unit 3, to a driving unit 4 to control the burning rate of gas G. As a result, the excellent temperature control can be realized all the time and as well as the high safety can be resulted.
