Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable hot water supply with a prescribed temperature to be obtained at all times, by allowing the amount of hot water supply to be limited to a range where the temperature of the hot water supply can be controlled. CONSTITUTION:A hot water supply temperature detector 4 provided at the outlet of a heat exchanger 2, and an incoming water temperature detector 9 is provided at the inlet thereof, and a set temperature TWR from a temperature setting apparatus 5 and a hot water supply temperature TWO from the detector 4 are inputted into a temperature controller 3 and a second water amount controller 11, and an incoming water temperature TWi from the detector 9 and the set temperature TWR are inputted into a first water amount controller 8. Said temperature controller 3 controls a controller 6 for controlling the calorie to be supplied to a burner 1. The first and second water amount controllers 8, 11 issue signals S1, S2 in accordance with the difference between the set temperature TWR and the incoming water temperature TWi and the hot water supply temperature TWO to be inputted into an output selector 12, and at the initial stage of the operation or for a certain period after the change of the set temperature, a supply water amount controller 10 is controlled by the signal S1, while after a certain period has passed, it is controlled by the signal S2.
