Abstract

PURPOSE:To usee economically the titled device provided with a solar heat hot water boiler and a heater by a method wherein a mixture of hot waters from the solar heat hot water boiler is normally used and in case where comparatively low or high temperature hot water is needed, it is obtained by use of either the solar heat hot water boiler or the water heater selectively. CONSTITUTION:The hot water obtained by the natural circulation type solar heat hot water boiler 1 is introduced to a first inlet port C of a proportional three-way mixing valve 4 on one hand and to the heater 6 through a branch pipe 5 of a pipe 3 on the other and the hot water introudced to the heater 6 is then supplied to a second inlet port H of the mixing valve 4 through a pipe 7 after it is further heated by the heater 6. Further, an oulet port M of the mixing valve 4 is connected with a hot water supply pipe 8 connected to faucets 9 and 10 provided in a washstand 11 or a bathtub 12. In this case, the mixing valve 4 is controlled by the output of a control signal generator 16 for comparing the output of a hot water temperature detector 14 with a low temperature setting signal from a temperature setting device 15 so that any of the low temperature hot water from the hot water boiler 1, the high temperature hot water from the heater 6 and a mixture of the above two hot waters can be selectively used.
