Abstract

PURPOSE:To utilize solar heat effectively and save the heating with an auxiliary heat source as much as possible, by providing in a heat accumulator a sensor which detects the temperature in the heat accumulator, and controlling the heating source. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature in a heat accumulator 3 rises above the set temperature of a sensor 13, a controller 14 stops supplying midnight electric power to a heater 6 with the output of the sensor 13 that detected said temperataure; when the temperature drops under the set value, midnight electric power is supplied and the hot water in the auxiliary heat source bath 7 is heated by the heater 6. When supplying hot water, if the temperature in the heat accumulator 3 is kept above the second set temperature of the sensor 13, the controller 14 turns a three- way valve 10 so as to feed hot water directly to a feed port 5 with the output of the sensor, and if said temperature is under the second set temperature, the three- way valve 10 is turned to the auxiliary heat source bath 7 and hot water from a heat exchanger 4 is supplied to the feed port 5 mixed with high temperature water in the auxiliary heat source bath 7.
