Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the controlling of gaseous compositions and the effective utilization of waste gases by utilizing the gases cyclically through a line supplying the gases from a gas producing device to a kiln and a line introducing the waste gases from the kiln to the gas producing device. CONSTITUTION:The gas from a gas heating furnace 1 is supplied through a supply line 3 to a kiln 2, and the waste gas from the furnace 2 is introduced into the furnace 1 through an introduction line 4, whereby a gas circulating loop line is formed. A gas flowmeter 5 is provided to said line 3, and a control valve 6, a waste gas treating device 7, a circulation fan 8 and a control valve 9 are provided to the line 4. The line 3 on the upper stream side of the flowmeter 5 and the line 4 between the valve 6 and the device 7 is connected with a bypass line 11 having a control valve 10. By such system, the temp., flow rate, pressure and composition of the gas are automatically controlled and the waste gases are effectively utilized.
