Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the uniform heating of a furnace by keeping a low combustion side under a gas control and also a high combustion side under an on-ratio control. CONSTITUTION:An air supply source 1 and a fuel gas supply source 5 are led to respective burners, an air control valve 13 is provided to the supply source 1 system, and a gas control valve 11 is provided to the supply source 5 system. Also, a set temperature signal G and a furnace temperature signal F are put in a radio setter 10 through a temperature regulator 8 in the form of a temperature difference signal H for the difference (g-f) between set temperature (g) and furnace temperature (f). And, in a low combustion side below a switching point at which a gas control and an on-ratio control are switched to each other, the air control valve 13 is kept in closest state, and in a high combustion side above the switching point, a positioner 14 to properly open the control valve 13 and a positioner 12 to properly open the gas control valve 11 is the low combustion side, as in the case mentioned above, and also keep it in the fully opened state in the high combustion side are provided and a pressure conduit 15 is connected to a pressure equalizing valve 17. Thus, the jet flow rate of burner can be kept constant and the uniform heating of furnace is made possible.
