Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the treating capability and efficiency of a waste water treating vessel utilizing living things by circulating waste water to a bilological membrane type preliminary waste water treatment vessel separated from a control vessel while storing the waste water once into the control vessel thereby repeatedly flowing and treating the waste water.
CONSTITUTION: An air blowing device 2 for aeration is installed in a control vessel 1, and another biological membrane type preliminary waste water treatment vessel 5 is installed in combination, other than said control vessel. The waste water stored in the control vessel 1 is forcefully supplied by means of a circulating pump 7 into said preliminary waste water treatment vessel 5, whereby preliminary waste water treatment is accomplished continuously. In this way, the waste water supplied into the waste water treatment vessel 15 is being reduced of polluting components by sending the waste water which is preliminary being decreased of the polluting components in this manner into the waste water treatment tank 15, and as a result, the burden thereof is decreased and the treatment capacity is increased.
