Abstract
PURPOSE: To realize a high-efficiency of biological treatment, by giving a control to the quantity of aeration in accordance with the pH of the sludge mixture liquid in the deration tank and the supernatant liquid of the precipitation bath.
CONSTITUTION: The pH is detected for the sludge mixture liquid in the aeration tank or the supernatant liquid in the precipitation bath. And the quantity of deration into the deration tank is controlled by the value of the pH detection or the value with the fluctuation velocity of the pH detection value. In other words, the quantity of deration is increased in case the pH value is high, and then an adjustment is given to the pH so that the reaction such as that shown in the formula may be accelerated. Thus the situation of treatment is improved along with enhancement of the efficiency. On the other hand, the quantity of deration is reduced in case the pH value is low to suppress the reaction of the formula. At the same time, the fundamental quantity of the air blown in is controlled by the detection value of the pH. And the quantity of adjustment is controlled for the residual part by the detection value of the oxygen dissolved in the deration tank.
