Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to elimingte a cotton tape winding process by a method wherein a resin composition to which thixotropy is given is impregnated to field winding, and hardened by light and heat. CONSTITUTION:Field winding is manufactured in such a manner that the field winding on which a cotton tape is not wound is immersed in a resin composition which uses powdered silica as a thixotropy donor and be hardened by light, the resin composition is impregnated, the surface is hardened by irradiating light, and a portion where light does not transmit is hardened by heating. The hardened resin adheres on the field winding treated in this manner in a thick film, and sufficient electric insulating property and moistureproof property are obtained. Thus, a winding treatment process for the cotton tape can be unnecessitated.
