Abstract
PURPOSE: To stabilize a curing process by controlling the heat quantity of for infrared rays while detecting the internal temperature of coil when a leak proof film of the uncured resin is formed while applying the for a infrared rays upon the impregnated coil surface.
CONSTITUTION: An aluminum bobbin having a driving shaft is wound with an insulated conductor 7 such as a heat proof enamel wire, while employing the inner insulating layer 11. Then, this process is repeated and the outer insulating layer 10 of the same material as that of layer 11 is wound around the upper most layer and the same insulating material stuffing 8 is filled as a stuffing material 8 at the both sides of the conductor 7 to make the coil 1. Next thereto, a side surface of the coil 1 is coated with the resin leak proof layer 14 made of silicone sealant a and presoure impregnation treatment under vacuum is applied to it in the epoxy resin composition. Thereafter, rotating the coil 1 and employing the far infrared rays lamp 17, the resin is cured and at this time, an electric current is supplied from a DC constant current power source 20 to the impregnated coil 7 and the calorific value of the lamp 17 is controlled by means of a voltmeter 21, a input control system 22 and a switching element 23.
