Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a motor capable of being used at a high temperature and in a high vacuum by composing the motor of materials capable of being employed in a vacuum and at the high temperature and specially surface-treating the materials of a rotor and a stator. CONSTITUTION:Massive magnetic materials are used as a rotor and a stator 2, but the materials are special corrosion-resistant plated because they are oxidized in atmospheric air and rust. Windings 3A-3F consist of a heat-resistant insulation treated conductor, and a conductor coated with ceramics in approximately several mum-ten mum or a material, in which an aluminum wire is anodized and the surface is brought to an insulating layer, is employed. Inorganic heat-resistant insulating layers 6 such as ceramics are treated previously in sections positioned in slots 9 into which windings 3 are incorporated. Hatching sections 7 are bonded with inorganic heat-resistant adhesives for fixing the windings 3A-3F to the stator 2.
