Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a bend of an insulation layer through applying uniform force thereon at curing by a method wherein a semicircular spiral flat spring is applied on outside of the insulation layer after treatment, and a thermally shrinkable tape is wound thereon to heating and curing. CONSTITUTION:An insulation layer 2 is provided around a conductor 1 and after resin impregnation, a semicircular spiral flat spring 6 is applied on outer periphery of the insulation layer 2 through a clamping plate 5. A thermally contractile tape 4 is wound on outer periphery of the spring 6, and the insulation layer 2 is cured as heated and pressured. By constituting such, the insulation layer 2 is ready for forming in good condition from having uniform force applied thereon, and the flat spring 6 can be used in a desired shape, which applies for a bent of the conductor 1 pertinently.
