Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the fixing force between a terminal and a coil winding in an electromagnetic coil irrespective of an insulating process by fixing the terminal and the coil winding upon hardening of coated and immersed resin to the coil and then insulating the coil. CONSTITUTION:When winding a magnet wire 1, a terminal 2 insulated with insulating material 3 is wound and mounted thereat. Then curable resin in liquid state is coated and immersed with the periphery of the terminal to form an insulating resin layer 6 thereon. After completing winding, it is simultaneously hardened when fusion-bonding the coil winding. Thereafter, insulation process is executed to form an insulating layer 7 thereon. As a result, the terminal is sufficiently fixed with the resin layer 6 with enough fixing force thereat.
