Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy lead wire connection of a molded electromagnetic coil by a method wherein the terminal board of a molded electromagnetic coil which fixes lead wire of a coil and lead wire terminals is provided and it is put into the without of an insulating peripheral cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A case 9 consists of an interior insulating cylinder 1 on which the winding 4 is applied, an insulating peripheral cylinder 2 which is provided at the periphery of the winding 4 and an insulated terminal board 3 which is provided at the side of the insulating peripheral cylinder 2 is furnished, and the molded electromagnetic coil is built by injection of thermosetting resin into the case 9 and curing of it. In this procedure the connection between the lead wire 8 of the winding 4 and the lead wire terminal 7 fixed on the terminal board 6 is performed prior to the application of the insulating peripheral cylinder 2 and the coil is built by the terminal board 6 being put into the without 10 which is provided on the insulating peripheral cylinder. By this method the procedure for lead wire connection of the winding is readily facilitated.
