Abstract
PURPOSE: To dispense with coil shielding with a conductor and obtain an electrically steady transformer of high reliability by pouring and hardening conductive or semiconductive synthetic resin to the coil part of a mould coil in which assembled an iron core.
CONSTITUTION: A mould coil 11 consists of a head 11a with high voltage terminals and a coil 11b, an iron core 12 is assembled into the coil 11b and the coil is covered with an insulating case 16. The assembly is turned over, and around the iron core 12 and the coil 11b, flexible conductive or semiconductive synthetic resin 19 is poured and hardened in such a way that a part of the fixing member 13 of the iron core 12 may be exposed and other parts may all be buried in the resin. By so doing, the synthetic resin 19 forms a coil shield and an electrically steady transformer of high reliavility is obtained.
