Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily permit assembly and to contrive the improvement of insulating reliability without damaging a winding by a method wherein a resin layer which is hard to stick insulating varnish is previously formed on the surface of an iron core which prevents the insulating varnish from sticking and a varnish- coated films sticked to the resin layers can easily be removed. CONSTITUTION:Silicon resin or liquefied silicon rubber is previously applied to the whole surfaces of the internal diameter 1a and external diameter 2b of a stator core 2 wound a random stator winding 1 before insulating varnish impregnation treatment and resin layers 3 are formed by heating cure or heating vulcanization. After that, impregnation for insulating varnish and curing treatment are performed to form an insulating varnish-coated films 4. Next, the varnish coated films 4 at the inside diameter 2a and outside diameter 2b of the stator core are taten off by applying the mold releasing action of the layers 3 and the stator cor 2 is pressed and inserted in a stator frame and a rotary electric machine is assembled. In this way, the assembly of the rotary electric machine can easily be done and insulating reliability can be improved.
