Abstract

PURPOSE: To balance the tar deposition rate on a particle with the peeling rate, and to regenerate the particle automatically, by changing the upper and the lower positions of a draft tube to change the jet amount of a solid particle, and controlling the gas temperature at the outlet of a heat exchanger.
CONSTITUTION: The dirty high-temperature gas is fed from the inlet G1 into the jet layer heat exchanger 1 to blow up the solid particle 20 with the gas into the draft tube 2. After collision with the collision plate 3, the particle 20 is lowered. The particle 20 takes the heat from the gas to reduce the gas temperature, and tar is deposited on the particle surface 20. The carbonized substance on the surface is peeled from the particle 20, lowered and circulated while giving the heat to the heat transmission tubes 4. The tar deposition-peeling balance temperature is fed to the control device 12 to change the upper and the lower positions of the tube 2 via the driving device 8 and wire 5, and the dimension a is regulated. The level of the particle 20 may be changed by the taking out and supply of the particle 20 to regenerate the particle 20 automatically through temperature control.
