Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve cooling capacity by arranging plural current plates in parallel under the water supply tube in a tank and thereby making cooling water that flows down from a slit nozzle to platy water current having uniform thickness. CONSTITUTION:When cooling water is supplied from a water supply tube to a tank 1, the cooling water directly flows between rectifying plates 8, 8 and its lateral flow is controlled. Accordingly, the cooling water that passes between rectifying plates 8, 8 and flows into a slit nozzle 4 becomes uniform in quantity throughout the direction of width of the nozzle 4. The cooling water that flows down from the slit nozzle 4 becomes platy current 5 having uniform thickness. Thus, cooling capacity is improved.
