Abstract

PURPOSE: To control flow rate of water supply from by-pass output port outlet to cooling water header in wide range by changing supplying port inlet pressure by pressure control valve while output port outlet pressure of pure fluidic control element is kept constant.
CONSTITUTION: When water supplied from supplying port 134 through inlet side pressure control valve 137 of pure fluidic control element 126 flows out from output port 135 and when the ratio of pressure at supplying port inlet 134 to pressure at output port 135 becomes less than maximun pressure recovering rate of pure fluidic control element, negative pressure is generated at by-pass output port 136. Then, when switching valve 146 is opened, appropriate rate of water is injected from water supplying port 144 through flow rate control valve 147. The water flows backward from by-pass output port 136 and flows into pure fluidic control element 126 to join the water from supplying port 134 and flows out from output port 135 and cooling water headers A, B.
