Abstract

PURPOSE: Silver-colored solder material, constituting by each specific quantity of Ag, Cr, Sn and Ni etc. and having a high joining strength and also, having a superior anticorrosive property suitable for anticorrosive alloy, such as stainless steel or Ni alloy etc.
CONSTITUTION: Metal solder composed of Ag; 3W25%, Cr; 2W18%, Sn; 15W35% or moreover, more than one kind of Mo, Fe, Co, Cu or Ti; 0.5W15% and balance; Ni; more than 30% and innervitable impurities. By this method, wettability to the material to be soldered is improved by forming resisting coating against oxidation and preventing oxidation of solder material at heating time. Also, residual oxides are not remained in or the surface of solder material and solder joining having a good outward appearance and superior joining strength, is able to obtain.
