Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 請求項1 回転式レトルトを間接的に加熱する加熱手段を具備した燃焼室内に 少なくとも部分的に配列された回転式レトルトを含むレトルト組立装置;汚染物 質をレトルトに供給する供給手段;処理された物質をレトルトから放出する放出 手段;アフターバーナー;ガスとして放出された揮発性物質を燃焼用にアフター バーナーに輸送する手段;そして汚染物質をレトルト内で加熱する用途に追加的 な熱を提供するために、燃焼ガスをアフターバーナーからレトルト組立装置に通 過させる手段よりなる、汚染物質中の揮発性物質の処理装置。 請求項2 燃焼ガスをレトルトに通過させる手段よりなる、請求項1記載の装 置。 請求項3 燃焼ガスを燃焼装置に通過させる手段よりなる、請求項1記載の装 置。 請求項4 回転レトルトは水平から僅かな角度をなす軸の周囲で回転可能であ る、前記の請求項のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 請求項5 レトルト末端部をレトルトを取り巻く燃焼室に封入するセラミック 製末端シールをさらに含む、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 請求項6 該加熱手段はレトルトの間接の加熱用の一つ以上のバーナーを含む 、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 請求項7 汚染物質が固形物である場合、該供給手段は大きすぎる粒子または 顆粒を除去するグリズリまたはシーブ手段および汚染固形物をレトルトに選択的 に供給する回転バルブ装置を含む、前記の請求項のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 請求項8 汚染固形物の供給源およびグリズリまたはシーブ装置との間に、汚 染固形物の大きさを小さくする粉砕手段をさらに含む、請求項7記載の装置。 請求項9 該物質が液状物を含む場合、供給手段は、汚染液状物の水含量を除 去または最低にする分離器または予熱器、そして濃縮した液状物をレトルトに供 給する噴霧手段を含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 請求項10 放出手段は、処理した物質を処理品置場に選択的に放出する回転 バルブを含む、請求項1ないし9のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 請求項11 微粒子を除去する高温フィルターをさらに含む、請求項1ないし 10のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 請求項12 フィルターは、フィルターが操作位置にある時、部屋が上部領域 と低部領域を含む第一と第二の部屋を有する本体、両部屋の間を連絡して部屋の 低部領域にある開口部、部屋の上部領域にありガス状汚染物質を第一の部屋に輸 送する注入口、ガス状物質を第二の部屋から放出する出口、固形物集積施設、開 口部に隣接する集積区域、固形物集積施設から固形物を放出する放出口、注入口 の反対側に空間を空けて置かれ注入ガスが衝突するバッフル、そして出口を経て 第二の部屋を通過するガス状物質を濾過する濾過手段よりなる、揮発性ガス状汚 染物質の処理に使用する高温フィルター。 請求項13 該バッフルは上記の第一と第二の部屋を分離する壁によって形成 される、請求項12記載の高温フィルター。 請求項14 該壁は部屋の上部内壁から伸張し、該部屋の低部内壁から空間を 空けた点で終わり、この壁と低部内壁との間の空間は該開口部を形成する、請求 項13記載の高温フィルター。 請求項15 該放出口は、該第二の部屋の上部壁に多数の出口孔を含む、請求 項12ないし14のいずれか一つに記載の高温フィルター。 請求項16 該濾過手段は、多数のセラミック製蝋燭型部品を含み、各々のセ ラミック製蝋燭型部品は関連する出口に接続し、該セラミック製蝋燭型部品は該 第二の部屋に伸張している、請求項15記載の高温フィルター。 請求項17 出口からガス状物質を収容するガス集積部屋、そしてガス状物質 をガス集積部屋から放出する放出口よりなる、請求項12ないし16のいずれか 一つに記載の高温フィルター。 請求項18 ガス状物質を出口を経て第二の部屋から引き寄せる送風機吸引手 段よりさらになる、請求項12ないし17のいずれか一つに記載の高温フィルタ ー。 請求項19 濾過手段を清浄にするために正常な流れの逆方向に、ガス圧を濾 過手段に送達する律動手段よりさらになる、請求項12ないし18のいずれか一 つに記載の高温フィルター。 請求項20 律動手段に用いるガスが窒素ガスである、請求項12ないし19 のいずれか一つに記載の高温フィルター。 請求項21 濾過器の本体を少なくとも部分的に取り巻く加熱ジャッケットよ りさらになる、請求項12ないし20のいずれか一つに記載の高温フィルター。 請求項22 物質をレトルトに供給する供給末端部および出口を有する回転式 レトルトを含み、レトルトは加熱手段で加熱される燃焼室内に少なくとも部分的 に配置され、使用に際して、汚染物質はレトルトの壁に接触し、揮発性物質をガ スとして放出するレトルト組立装置; 物質をレトルトから収容する高温フィルター、ガス燃焼のためのアフターバー ナー、そして水蒸気をアフターバーナーに導入する手段、 よりなる有機塩素系農薬および砒素系化合物を含む汚染物質中の揮発性物質処理 装置。 請求項23 物質がレトルトに入る前に物質を予熱する加熱器および加熱器か らアフターバーナーに輸送される水蒸気よりなる、請求項22記載の装置。 請求項24 レトルトは、縦軸の周りを回転するように据え付けられ注入末端 部および出口を有する円筒形本体、燃焼室、燃焼室内に少なくとも部分的に配置 される該円筒形本体、円筒形本体が回転する時に汚染物質と相互に作用して物質 を破砕し、円筒形本体の内壁に形成される炭化した物質を除去する多数のボール などの要素よりなる、揮発性物質の処理に使用するレトルト。 請求項25 該円筒形本体内のケージ、該ケージと該円筒形本体との間の空間 に配置された該ボールよりさらになる、請求項24記載のレトルト。 請求項26 該ボールは群として配置され、群は円筒形本体に沿って空間を空 けた間隔で配列される、請求項25記載のレトルト。 請求項27 該ケージは該円筒形本体に反対方向に回転するように取り付けら れている、請求項26記載のレトルト。
