Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.粒状又は凝集硫酸マンガンを、少なくとも一種類の還元剤の存在下で、少 なくとも700℃、好ましくは少なくとも750℃の温度へ加熱することを特徴 とする、硫化マンガンの製造方法。 2.還元を、坑口炭、木炭、褐炭、ガス状水素、及び一酸化炭素からなる群か ら選択した還元剤の存在下で行う、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.還元を乾式方法として行う、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4.還元剤がガス状水素及び(又は)一酸化炭素であり、硫酸マンガンが凝集 体の形態で存在する、請求項3に記載の方法。 5.還元を高炉で行う、請求項4に記載の方法。 6.還元を湿式法として行う、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 7.還元剤が固体粒状炭素質還元剤であり、それを粒状硫酸マンガン及び水と 混合し、得られたスラリーを少なくとも700℃、好ましくは少なくとも750 ℃の温度に、硫酸マンガンの本質的に完全な還元を行うのに充分な時間加熱する 、請求項6に記載の方法。 8.還元を還元性雰囲気中で少なくとも1100℃の温度で行う、請求項7に 記載の方法。 9.還元を、本質的に一酸化炭素及び二酸化炭素からなる雰囲気中で1100 〜1180℃の温度で行う、請求項8に記載の方法。 10.方法をトンネルキルンで行う、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法 。
