Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.食品、又は非食品蛋白質源からの硫黄化合物の悪臭を吸着するための包装材 料であって、 a)三次元的に結合した細孔構造を有し、最小直径が4Åの開口を有し、Si /Al元素比が1以上であり、全ての付随するカオチンが周期律表の1A又は2 A族の金属カオチンである粒状のアルミノシリケート又はシリカモレキュラーシ ーブ。 b)1つ又はそれ以上の層に0.1−10重量%の濃度で該モレキュラーシー ブが混入されている、配向された単層又は、多層ポリマーフィルムである関連す る構造支持成分 を含んでなる包装材料。 2.吸着されるべき悪臭の源となる食品が生鮮、加工又は保存食品であり、チー ズ、肉,鳥肉、卵、乳製品、乾燥卵白から選択される第一項記載の包装材料 3.配向単層又は、多層ポリマーフィルムが収縮フィルムである第一項記載の包 装材料。 4.付随するカオチンが、Na又は、Caである第1項記載の包装材料。 5.細孔の開口の最小直径が、5.5Åである、第4項記載の包装材料。 6.配向ポリマーフィルムが収縮フィルムである第5項記載の包装材料。 7.食品、又は非食品蛋白質源からの硫黄化合物の悪臭を吸着するための包装材 料であって、 a)25±2℃で、15分間にバイアル中の濃度が12000ppmである、 22.5ccの体積のバイアル中に存在する硫化水素の少なく とも25%をGCバイアル中に置かれた5mgで吸着できる吸着力を有する、粒 子状アルミノシリケート、又はシリカモレキュラーシーブ b)一つ又はそれ以上の層に0.1−10重量%の濃度でモレキュラーシーブ が混合されている配向された単層又は多層ポリマーフィルムである関連構造支持 成分からなる包装材料。 8.配向された単又は多層ポリマーフィルムが収縮フィルムである第7項記載の 包装材料。 9.食品又は非食品蛋白質源からの硫黄化合物悪臭を吸収するための包装材料で あって、 a)ゼオライトY52、ゼオライト13Xからなる群から選択された粒状アル ミノシリケート b)一つ又はそれ以上の層に0.1−10重量%の濃度でモレキュラーシーブ が混合されている収縮単層、又は、多層ポリマーフィルムである関連構造支持成 分 を含んでなる包装材料 10.フィルムパッケージの形状である第1、8、又は9項記載の包装材料。
