Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自己免疫疾患の治療または予防薬として使用するための、 (i)CtxもしくはEtx、またはCtxおよびEtxのBサブユニット以外 の、GM−1結合活性を有する薬剤、または (ii)GM−1結合活性を有さないが、細胞内情報伝達が媒介されるGM−1 に影響を及ぼす薬剤。 2.自己免疫疾患の治療または予防薬として使用する医薬品の製造のための、 Ctx、EtxまたはCtxもしくはEtxのBサブユニットの使用。 3. (i)GM−1結合活性を有する薬剤、または (ii)GM−1結合活性を有さないが、細胞内情報伝達が媒介されるGM−1 に影響を及ぼす薬剤、 から選ばれる薬剤の有効量を被検哺乳動物に投与することからなる自己免疫疾患 の治療方法。 4.該薬剤は自己または交差反応抗原を補助投与するものである、請求の範囲 第3項記載の方法。 5. (i)GM−1結合活性を有する薬剤、または (ii)GM−1結合活性を有さないが、細胞内情報伝達が媒介されるGM−1 に影響を及ぼす薬剤、 および医薬的に許容される担体またはそれらのための希釈剤を含有する哺乳動物 の自己免疫疾患治療用医薬組成物。 6.さらに自己または交差反応抗原決定基を含有する、請求の範囲第5項記載 の医薬組成物。 7.請求の範囲第5項記載の医薬組成物およびそれらから分離された自己また は 交差抗原決定基を含有する医薬組成物を含むキット。 8.T細胞由来ヒト白血病の治療に用いるための、 (i)CtxもしくはEtx、またはCtxおよびEtxのBサブユニット以外 の、GM−1結合活性を有する薬剤、または (ii)GM−1結合活性を有さないが、細胞内情報伝達が媒介されるGM−1 に影響を及ぼす薬剤。 9.T細胞由来ヒト白血病の治療用医薬品の製造のための、CtxもしくはE tx、またはCtxおよびEtxのBサブユニットの使用。 10. (i)GM−1結合活性を有する薬剤、または (ii)GM−1結合活性を有さないが、細胞内情報伝達が媒介されるGM−1 に影響を及ぼす薬剤、 から選ばれる薬剤の有効量を被検哺乳動物に投与することからなるT細胞由来ヒ ト白血病の治療方法。 11. (i)GM−1結合活性を有する薬剤、または (ii)GM−1結合活性を有さないが、細胞内情報伝達が媒介されるGM−1 に影響を及ぼす薬剤、 および医薬的に許容される担体またはそれらのための希釈剤を含有するT細胞由 来ヒト白血病治療用医薬組成物。 12.移植拒否反応またはGVHDの予防/治療薬として使用するための、 (i)CtxもしくはEtx、またはCtxおよびEtxのBサブユニット以外 の、GM−1結合活性を有する薬剤、または (ii)GM−1結合活性を有さないが、細胞内情報伝達が媒介されるGM−1 に影響を及ぼす薬剤。 13.移植拒否反応またはGVHDの予防用医薬品の製造のための、Ctxもし く はEtx、またはEtxもしくはCtxのBサブユニットの使用。 14. (i)GM−1結合活性を有する薬剤、または (ii)GM−1結合活性を有さないが、細胞内情報伝達が媒介されるGM−1 に影響を及ぼす薬剤、 から選ばれる薬剤の有効量を被検哺乳動物に投与することからなる移植拒否反応 またはGVHDの予防または治療方法。 15.被検哺乳動物のワクチン接種に使用するための、 (i)EtxもしくはCtx、またはEtxもしくはCtxのBサブユニット以 外の、GM−1結合活性を有する薬剤、または (ii)GM−1結合活性を有さないが、細胞内情報伝達が媒介されるGM−1 に影響を及ぼす薬剤。 16. (i)CtxおよびEtx以外の、GM−1結合活性を有する薬剤、または (ii)GM−1結合活性を有さないが、細胞内情報伝達が媒介されるGM−1 に影響を及ぼす薬剤、 から選ばれる薬剤の有効量を、無関係の外来抗原決定基の有効量とともに被検哺 乳動物に補助投与することからなる被検哺乳動物のワクチン接種方法。
