Abstract

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ヒンジ要素(11)と弾性要素(7)とを含んでいる弾性ヒンジ用構成要素 群を組み立てる方法において、ヒンジ要素(11)を、有利には帯状の材料(4 81)から押し抜き及び(または)変形により形成させ、ヒンジ要素(11)が 帯状の材料と結合されている間に弾性要素(7)をヒンジ要素(11)上に取り 付けることを特徴とする方法。 2.前記構成要素群が、さらに、閉鎖部材(13)またはロックリング(502 )を含み、閉鎖部材(13)またはロックリング(502)を弾性要素(7)の 前にヒンジ要素(11)上に取り付けることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方 法。 3.構成要素群を完全に組み立てたときに、ヒンジ要素(11)を帯状の材料( 481)から切り離すことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4.少なくともケーシングとヒンジ要素とを有している弾性ヒンジを製造する方 法において、ヒンジ要素(11)を帯状の材料から次のステップで製造すること 、即ち ヒンジ要素(11)の輪郭にほぼ対応している領域を快削するステップと、 延設部(9)を形成させるために丸み部をエンボス加工成形するステップと 、 ヒンジ穴付き部分(15)を押し抜き、ヒンジ要素(11)を帯状の金属か ら切り離すステップと、 で製造することを特徴とする方法。 5.ケーシング(3)を帯状の材料から次のステップで製造すること、即ち 一つの領域(483)を快削するステップと、 この領域(483)を引き延ばしにより成形してケーシング側壁を形成する ステップと、 前記領域(483)の側部エッジを矯正するステップと、 前記領域(483)の側部ストライプ部分を折りたたんでケーシング底部を 形成させるステップと、 ケーシング(3)を帯状の金属から切り離すステップと、 で製造することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。 6.ケーシング(3)を、等厚の帯状材料から製造することを特徴とする、請求 項5に記載の方法。 7.帯状の材料を深絞りしてケーシングを形成させることを特徴とする、請求項 5または6に記載の方法。
