- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 間隔をおいて固定される別個の反応物であって少なくとも1つの反応物が検 出可能の指標を有する結合複体を形成するように標的生体分子と反応する反応物 で処理され、多数の間隔をおいて配置された活性部位を有する基質を形成する支 持面と、前記基質を支持するためのホールダと、前記試料の検出可能の指標のた めに間隔を置かれた活性部位を検査する手段を有する検査台と、前記ホールダを 前記試料との接触のために運びまた該ホールダを前記検査台に運ぶマニピュレー タとを備える、試料中の標的生体分子の存在を検出する装置。 2 固定の近接した既知の位置に配置された多数の試料溜めを有し、前記マニピ ュレータが前記試料ホールダおよび前記検出台に関して可動のロボットアームを 備える、請求項1に記載の検出装置。 3 前記ホールダはピペッターを備える、請求項1に記載の検出装置。 4
