Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 金属を含む問題とする溶液を、マグネタイトおよび/または金属鉄を使 用して中和すること、金属鉄を添加することにより問題とする鉄(III)を鉄(II) に還元すること、沈殿させる量の硫化物を添加することにより、問題とする重金 属を沈殿させ、それによって沈殿した金属硫化物を濾過により回収すること、所 望により、溶液をイオン交換操作にかけ、問題とする亜鉛を非錯体結合形態に変 換して、その後、亜鉛を炭酸亜鉛として回収すること、残留溶液中の鉄(II)を鉄 (III)に酸化して、その後、意図する目的のために、その溶液をそのまま使用す るか、または金属含有量を増加させるためにさらに処理することを特徴とする、 溶液の中和、存在するFe(III)の還元、および問題とする溶解した亜鉛の除去 を含んでなる金属含有溶液の精製方法。 2. 10〜80℃の温度で行なうことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法 。 3. 金属含有溶液の出発材料として鉄(II)七水和物の結晶を使用することを 特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4. 60℃の温度で行なうことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 精製した溶液の鉄含有量を増加させるために、鉄(II)七水和物を加える ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 6. 溶液をpH約4.5に中和することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法 。
